Annual Meeting and Holiday Dinner

The night starts at 6:00p-6:45p with a cash bar and pass-around hors d'oeuvre, which will be Fried Calamari Cones, Chicken Teriyaki Skewers, Stuffed Mushroom with spinach (vegetarian).

Between 6:45p-7:00p we will be moving into the main room where the election will begin at 7:00p. Following the vote, salad will be served Mixed Green Salad with Gorgonzola and Garlic Bread. Dinner will be served at 8:00p. Entree choices are: NY Strip Steak (Certified Angus Beef, Grilled), Chicken Piccata with Pasta and Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan with pasta. Appropriate Side Dishes: Fried Onions. Dessert: SCBC Cake with Coffee and Tea Service. Dancing will follow.

Registration will be open until November 26th. After that time you will no longer be able to register. If you have registered, thanks for registering for the Holiday Dinner. Note: Some members have had issues with signing up for paid events. Signing up is a 2-step process. First sign up for the event and then be sure to choose CONFIRM RESERVATION AT THE BOTTOM AND THEN PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. If you do not choose CONFIRM CONFIRMATION and pay, you show as pending. After paying via PayPal, a screen will pop up showing your payment. If you do not see this, you did not complete the reservation. You will also see the reservation when you log into Your Account page.

Also, please be aware that we will be collecting donations of canned and dried foods for area food banks. Remember to bring nonperishable items like pasta, rice, cereal and canned items such as vegetables, beans, tuna, cooking oil, etc.

If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to vote, an online absentee ballot is available here. You can download an electronic PDF file to do so. All absentee ballots should be sent to Elizabeth Murphy at: secretary@soundcyclists.com.

Ballot Directions:

1. DO NOT use this ballot if you are attending the meeting.
2. Click on the purple button and download the PDF file to your desktop or laptop. It is strongly advised you use a laptop or desktop. Note: Using mobile devices require you to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your device.
3. Click on each box beside each of the candidates.
4. Type your name where indicated.
5. For your signature, just retype your name again where indicated.
6. Make sure you SAVE the document!
7. At the bottom of the form, click on the E-mail address, which will open up a fresh E-mail with the secretary's address inserted in the to window, and "Absentee Ballot" inserted into the subject window.
8. Drag or attached the saved file on your desktop to this E-mail and send.

By-Law Changes Review:
